Returns and Refund Policy

We will be happy to exchange or refund your item if returned to us within 14 days of delivery.  All items will be inspected upon return.  We will aim to dispatch your exchanged item and/or issue your refund within 10 days after receiving your item.  Kindly complete and enclose the returns form enclosed with your product or call or email customerservices@dressy.co.uk and we will provide you with a new copy.  Products returned under this Policy must be sent by recorded signed for delivery to the following address:

Dressy Ltd, The Old Rectory, Lower Road, West Farleigh, Maidstone, ME15 0PF.

You will be responsible for paying any postage costs under our returns and refunds policy.

Please ensure to make sure that any items are returned unworn and are not visibly marked or damaged in any way and all tags are still intact.

Kindly note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
